These terms

These terms apply to the Hastech Global website and to work requested through it: logo design, website development, ecommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, branding, social media marketing and SEO. The studio is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Browsing the site, sending a form or WhatsApp, or starting a paid brief means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site or send an enquiry. A signed quote or statement of work, if we issue one, sits with these terms. Where they conflict, the written quote for that project wins.

Who may enquire

You should be 18 or older, and able to bind yourself or the company you represent. Information you send must be accurate. The site and our services are for lawful business use in Saudi Arabia and elsewhere we agree to work. You will not use the site to break the law or to harm the studio or other clients.

What we offer

Hastech Global provides digital work for the Saudi market, including:

• Logo design and branding
• Website development and web design
• Ecommerce development, Shopify store development and WooCommerce builds
• Social media marketing and SEO

The three options on each service page are starting points for a conversation. They are not a public price list and not a finished contract. Scope, timeline and fees are agreed in writing after a short brief. We may refuse a brief that we cannot deliver well.

Your side of the brief

You provide content, logos, product data, access and feedback when we ask for them. You confirm you have the right to use those materials. Late files or slow approvals can move the timeline. Extra rounds beyond what the quote includes may be billed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your content and for how you use the live site, store or accounts after handover.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless the written quote says otherwise. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. There is no SAR menu on this website.

Payment stages are set in the quote. Work usually starts after the first agreed payment. Overdue invoices may pause delivery. Completed work may be withheld until the invoice is settled. Refunds, if any, follow the quote: work already done is generally not refunded. Deposits are treated as part of the fee unless the quote says otherwise.

Who owns the work

You keep ownership of materials you supply. We use them only to deliver the project. Final files we create for you transfer after full payment, except for third-party fonts, stock, plugins, themes and tools that stay under their own licences.

Our process, unused concepts and internal tools stay with Hastech Global. Unless you ask in writing before launch, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on this site. If a project must stay private, say so in the brief.

Timelines

Dates in a quote are estimates. They can move if content is late, if the scope changes, or if a platform (Shopify, hosting, payments) is delayed. We will say so if a date slips. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Revisions and extra scope

Included revision rounds are listed in the package or quote. Further changes, new pages, extra languages or a different platform are a scope change. We will confirm extra fees and time in writing before that work starts.

What we do not promise

We work with reasonable care. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, ad results or uninterrupted uptime of third-party platforms. Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, hosting and payment providers have their own terms. SEO, social and advertising results depend on the market, the site and competition. Nothing on this website is a ranking guarantee.

Liability

To the extent Saudi law allows, Hastech Global’s total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that Saudi law does not allow us to limit.

You will cover us against claims that arise from materials you supplied, or from how you use the live site or store, including content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep non-public business information confidential, except where it is already public, independently known, or required by Saudi law. This does not stop us showing a project in the portfolio unless you asked us not to, in writing, before launch.

Stopping a project

You may end a project in writing. Fees for work already done remain due. We may stop work if invoices are unpaid, if the brief is unlawful, or if we cannot continue for reasons beyond our control. Licences we granted end if the agreement ends, except for deliverables already paid in full.

Saudi law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are first discussed in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Dammam, Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest still apply. We may update this page; the date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update means the new terms apply to new enquiries.
